Information we collect
When you book a consultation, message us on WhatsApp or submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the concern you describe. During treatment we also record clinical notes, photographs and medical history required to care for you safely.
How we use your information
Your details are used to arrange appointments, provide medical care, follow up on results and — only where you have agreed — send you clinic updates. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Clinical photography
Before and after photographs are taken for medical records. They are only published or shared for marketing purposes after you give separate, written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Storage and security
Records are stored on access-controlled systems, and only clinical and administrative staff who need your file can open it. Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you, then removed.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold, request corrections, withdraw marketing consent or ask us to delete records that we are not legally required to retain. Contact the clinic and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses minimal analytics to understand which pages and treatments visitors are interested in. This data is aggregated and never linked to your medical file.
