Terms of Service
The practical terms that apply when you book and receive treatment at New Me.
Consultations and bookings
Appointments are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone. Some treatments require a deposit to hold a slot in the doctor's diary; the deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may mean the deposit is not carried forward.
Medical assessment and consent
No procedure is performed without an assessment, a discussion of risks and alternatives, and your informed consent. You may decline or stop a treatment at any point.
Results and expectations
Aesthetic and medical outcomes vary with skin type, age, health and adherence to homecare. Images on this website are of real patients and are not a guarantee of individual results.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Egyptian pounds and confirmed in writing at your consultation before treatment begins. Programme prices assume the full course is completed as planned.
Aftercare
Following aftercare instructions is part of your treatment. Please contact the clinic promptly if you have any concern after a procedure so we can review you.
