Anything else, our concierge answers on WhatsApp — usually within the hour during clinic hours.

  • Yes. Every patient sees a physician first — history, skin analysis and a written plan. It protects you from treatments you do not need and lets us dose conservatively.

  • Consultations run 30–45 minutes. Injectables take 20–30 minutes, facials 45–60, laser sessions 15–45 depending on area. We do not double-book treatment rooms.

  • Facials and laser hair removal have none. Injectables may show minor swelling for 24–48 hours. Peels and fractional laser involve 3–7 days of flaking, which we schedule around your calendar.

  • Our laser and peel settings are selected specifically for Fitzpatrick III–V skin, where aggressive parameters risk post-inflammatory pigmentation. Test patches are used when indicated.

  • Booking and rescheduling happen over WhatsApp with our concierge, or by phone during clinic hours — Saturday to Thursday, 11:00 to 21:00.

  • Programme pricing covers a defined sequence. Sessions can be re-timed with notice, and unused sessions stay valid for 12 months. Every price is confirmed in writing before you pay.
