A second treatment suite, a new Nd:YAG platform and extended evening hours — what has changed at the clinic this season.
Demand for phototype-safe laser treatment has grown steadily over the past year. In response, we have opened a second dedicated laser suite at our Mohandessin clinic and commissioned an additional Nd:YAG platform.
What this means for patients
- Shorter waiting times for laser hair removal and pigmentation toning
- Evening appointments now available until 21:00, Saturday to Thursday
- Dedicated patch-test slots with a 48-hour clinical read
- A separate quiet recovery room for post-procedure care
“Capacity should never come at the cost of assessment time. Every new slot still begins with a physician consultation.”
Frequently asked
Do I need a new consultation to use the new suite?
Existing patients with a current treatment plan can book directly. New patients begin with a consultation and patch test.
What are the clinic's hours?
Saturday to Thursday, 11:00 to 21:00.
Is this article a substitute for a consultation?
No. This article is educational. Treatment decisions at New Me are made after an in-person skin assessment, medical history review and, where relevant, imaging or patch testing.
